Ivy has over 20 years experience working across Broadcasting, PR & Corporate Communications and Soft Skills Development. She has an unconventional delivery style; incorporating gamification, storytelling and "call and response" methodologies to effect learning.
She is known for her pragmatic, solutions oriented and professional approach to life and work. As a Master Trainer with a solid understanding of the application of brain science and cognitive psychology to contemporary adult learning and development practices, Ivy has the ability to successfully partner with and deliver training to business leaders and provide expertise in leadership skills capability development, Business Etiquette and International Protocol, Public Speaking and Presentation Skills among others.
A mother of two wonderful teenaged girls, Ivy calls herself a hybrid of two mythical creatures that represent resilience. She holds a MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and a PGC in Management from the University of Liverpool Management School. She is also a product of the Ghana Institute of Journalism, the Protocol School of Washington and the ATD Education Institute.
